Power of attorney for use in Kazakhstan and abroad
Bilingual powers of attorney drafted, notarized, translated and apostilled or legalized — for property, inheritance, companies and courts.
A power of attorney lets someone act for you when you cannot be present — selling property, handling an inheritance, registering a company or representing you in court. When the document crosses a border, it has to satisfy two legal systems at once.
We prepare the text in two languages side by side, arrange signing before a notary in Kazakhstan, and add the apostille or consular legalization required in the destination country. If you are abroad and need a power of attorney for Kazakhstan, our offices in other countries organise signing and legalization there, and we handle translation and acceptance here.

Questions and answers
Can I sign a power of attorney for Kazakhstan while abroad?
Yes — either at a Kazakh consulate or before a local notary followed by an apostille or legalization and a notarized translation in Kazakhstan. We advise which route is accepted for your purpose.
Do I have to be present at the notary?
Yes. The person granting the power of attorney must sign in person before the notary. We prepare everything so the appointment is short.
How long is a power of attorney valid?
The validity period is stated in the document. Some authorities and banks accept only recent powers of attorney, so we recommend checking their requirements first.
