Certified translation services in Kazakhstan
Official translation with our translator's statement of accuracy and company seal, for embassies, universities, employers and visa applications.
Not every institution needs a notary. Many embassies, visa centres, foreign universities and international employers ask for a certified translation: a translation signed by the translator with a statement of accuracy and stamped by the translation company. It is faster and less expensive than a notarized translation.
Our certified translations follow the layout of the original, reproduce stamps and handwritten notes as bracketed descriptions, and keep a consistent spelling of personal names. We deliver a signed paper copy, a scanned PDF, or both.
Not sure whether you need a certified or a notarized translation? Send us the requirements from the receiving institution and we will tell you which format fits.

Questions and answers
What is the difference between certified and notarized translation?
A certified translation is signed by the translator and stamped by our company. A notarized translation additionally has the translator's signature certified by a notary. Kazakh state bodies usually require the notarized version; many foreign institutions accept the certified one.
Can I get the translation as a PDF?
Yes. We can send a scanned PDF for online applications and post or hand over the signed original.
Do you translate for UK, US or Canadian applications?
Yes. We prepare certified translations in the format commonly requested for visa, immigration and university applications in English-speaking countries.
How do I order?
Upload scans through the form, tell us where the translation is going, and we reply with a price and a deadline.
