In Kazakhstan we obtain repeat civil registry certificates, archive certificates, criminal record certificates and duplicates of education documents. Through ABC Translation's international offices we also request documents from other countries, which is especially useful if you now live in Kazakhstan and your records are abroad — or the other way around.
Some documents can only be requested by the person concerned or by a representative with a power of attorney. We tell you exactly what authorisation is needed and prepare it with you.

Can you get a document from another city in Kazakhstan?
Yes. We request documents from registry offices and archives across Kazakhstan; you do not need to travel.
Can you retrieve documents from Russia, Uzbekistan or Europe?
Yes, through ABC Translation's international offices and partners. Timing depends on the country and the registry.
What do you need from me?
A copy of your ID, as much detail as you have about the document (place and approximate date of registration), and for some documents a power of attorney.
Can the retrieved document be apostilled immediately?
Yes. We usually combine retrieval, apostille and translation so the document arrives ready to use.
