Document legalization for Saudi Arabia

Apostille

Saudi Arabia is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Public documents issued in Kazakhstan therefore need an apostille from the competent Kazakh authority, and no embassy legalization.

Most receiving offices in Saudi Arabia also want a translation into Arabic. Depending on the office, a notarized translation made in Kazakhstan is accepted, or a translation by a translator certified in Saudi Arabia is required. We confirm which before you order, so you do not pay twice.

Saudi Arabia has applied the Apostille Convention since 7 December 2022.
