Document legalization for Poland
Apostille
Poland is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Public documents issued in Kazakhstan therefore need an apostille from the competent Kazakh authority, and no embassy legalization.
Most receiving offices in Poland also want a translation into Polish. Depending on the office, a notarized translation made in Kazakhstan is accepted, or a translation by a translator certified in Poland is required. We confirm which before you order, so you do not pay twice.
Need documents from Poland for use in Kazakhstan? Through ABC Translation's international network we arrange the apostille or legalization in Poland and translate the documents into Kazakh or Russian here.
