Document legalization for India
Apostille
India is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Public documents issued in Kazakhstan therefore need an apostille from the competent Kazakh authority, and no embassy legalization.
Most receiving offices in India also want a translation into Hindi. Depending on the office, a notarized translation made in Kazakhstan is accepted, or a translation by a translator certified in India is required. We confirm which before you order, so you do not pay twice.
Need documents from India for use in Kazakhstan? Through ABC Translation's international network we arrange the apostille or legalization in India and translate the documents into Kazakh or Russian here.
